A delegation from the State of Qatar headed by H.E. Mohammed Saif Al-Kuwari, Deputy Chairman of National Human Rights Committee, State of Qatar, along with H.E. Mr. Mohammed Hassan Jabir Al Jabir, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to India, participated in the conference of NHRI of Asia Pacific inaugurated by H.E. Smith Droupadi Murmu, hon'ble president of India.
